Help improve HIV health care in BC! The BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS is looking for participants for the STOP HIV/AIDS Program Evaluation (SHAPE) study. You can participate online, over the phone or in person.

For this study, we need survey respondents living with HIV in British Columbia who are over 19 years old, are able to complete the survey in English, are able to provide informed consent and meet our recruitment targets.

We are looking for individuals who will complete 3 surveys, 18 months apart, on their demographics, experiences getting an HIV test and experiences with HIV health care services and treatment. You do not have to be on treatment or have a doctor to take part. Participants receive $30 honorarium after each of the 3 surveys.

The study is aiming to find out which health services are working best for you and what you feel could be improved. The results will help to identify gaps in HIV care and could inform the direction of future funding.

Surveys can be done online from our website at any time (http://www.cfenet.ubc.ca/research/SHAPE/participate) or can be completed with a peer interviewer--either in-person at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver or over the phone. To book an appointment to do the survey in-person or over the phone, please email the study coordinator Sarah Kesselring at show contact info or call her at (toll-free) show contact info option 2 or (local) show contact info

More information about this project can be found here: http://www.cfenet.ubc.ca/research/SHAPE
